I’m Shelana your intuitive certified traditional Usui® Reiki Practitioner. As an intuitive energy healer I use my gifts, which come in forms such as visual, audial, or deep knowing and feeling, to receive spiritual guidance for the individual I am working with. This gives me the ability to unlock issues within that person's energetic system which are keeping them from living their most aligned, balanced, joyous life.

As your reiki practitioner I will deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing. This will help promote relaxation, stress reduction and symptom relief to improve spiritual, emotional and physical well-being. Psychic downloads such as images, messages or sensations may be received when sending reiki, including messages from spirits who have passed over. If this is something you choose not to receive you may opt out before your treatment.

After your reiki session, you will be provided with self-care guidance and healing methods you may use to help nourish you on all levels. Energy is not limited by distance so reiki sessions can be done in physical form or at a distance.
